Service Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Kitnap Pte. Ltd for your cat’s needs. We are committed to providing a safe, loving and stress-free environment. To ensure the best experience, please read the following service terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and full payment of the total fees.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days prior to check-in are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. The balance of the prepaid amount will be converted into hotel credit for future bookings. All hotel credits are non-refundable.
  • Payment can be made via PayNow UEN 202437272M or QR code will be provided upon confirmation

2. Check-in/out Timings

  • Check-in times are limited to 2pm – 6pm.  Early check-in requests can be made starting earliest from 11am subject to 50% of room charge.
  • Check-out times are limited to 10am – 12pm.  Late check-out requests can be made ending latest by 6pm subject to 50% of room charge.

3. Health and Vaccination

  • All cats must be in good health and up-to-date on the following vaccinations:
    • Feline parvovirus/panleukopenia (FPV)
    • Feline calicivirus (FCV)
    • Feline herpesvirus/rhinotracheitis (FHV)
  • These vaccinations are to be completed at least two (2) weeks before check-in.
  • Proof of vaccination is required as part of onboarding.
  • Cats, if recently sterilised, must have recovered for at least two (2) weeks prior to check-in.
  • Cats must be free from fleas, ticks, and worms. If signs of infestation are present, treatment will be provided at the owner’s expense.
  • Kitnap will apply spot-on treatment to your cats at check-in. You may choose to bring your own treatment pipette or alternatively, purchase one from Kitnap.
  • Kitnap reserves its right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of illness or distress, for the well-being of all our guests

4. Animal Compatibility

  • You confirm that all cats booked to be lodged together are compatible and do not pose harm to each other.  
  • You further agree and acknowledge that Kitnap shall not be held liable for any injuries, illness, stress or death arising from conflicts between cats lodged together.
  • You indemnify and hold harmless Kitnap, its staff and representatives from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including veterinary fees) resulting from such incidents.
  • Kitnap reserves its rights to separate pets if signs of incompatibility or aggression are observed.  Additional costs for separate lodging will be borne by you.

5. Medical Emergencies

  • In the unlikely event of illness or injury during your cat’s stay, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
  • If urgent care is needed and we cannot reach you, we will proceed with veterinary care as advised by a licensed veterinarian.
  • Any veterinary costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.

6. Feeding and Special Needs

  • We recommend bringing your cat’s usual food to keep their routine consistent. Please label everything clearly.
  • Feeding instructions, medication (if any), and special care notes must be provided in writing.
  • We are happy to administer prescribed medications as directed.

7. Personal Items

  • You are welcome to bring familiar items like toys or blankets to help your cat feel at home.
  • While we do our best to take care of personal belongings, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

8. Photos and Updates

  • We may take photos or videos of your cat during their stay for updates or marketing purposes. Please let us know if you prefer to opt out.

9. Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure your cat’s safety and well-being, boarding is not without risk.
  • We cannot be held liable for illness, injury, or loss due to circumstances beyond our control, including pre-existing conditions or natural causes.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any claims arising from your cat’s stay.

10. Abandoned Pets

  • If a cat is not collected within two (2) days of the scheduled pick-up date and we are unable to reach you, the cat will be considered abandoned.
  • In such cases, we reserve the right to rehome or transfer the cat to a local animal welfare organization. Any associated costs will be your responsibility.

11. Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
